天气热热,是吃面条的好时候。
选择排骨配红白萝卜。又有肉,又有菜,又有面条,营养丰富。而且白萝卜又可也清热解毒,红萝卜又含维A,赞也!
排骨是卤的。加葱段、八角、桂皮、蒜头、辣椒干,调味料有酱油、黑酱油、蚝油、冰糖、盐。把红白萝卜一起加入,焖煮至排骨够软,加入调味料。最后加入少许芡汁收汁,这样汤汁才够浓,够香。
拉面先烫熟,然后冰镇。这样面条才会QQ的。把煮好的排骨加少许汁淋在面条上,撒上青葱粒。这道面食又红、又绿、又白,看了也开胃。
汤汁里有淡淡的白萝卜香气,又有红萝卜的甜味,面条又Q又滑,好吃!
